An Open Letter to My Patients

I am filled with deep gratitude and humility, as I am incredibly honored that you have chosen us to enhance the quality of your vision and the life you lead. Growing up as the son of an esteemed Ophthalmologist, I have witnessed firsthand the joy and freedom that Ophthalmology brings to the Waco area. It has become my life’s mission to assist individuals like you in experiencing life without the limitations imposed by poor vision. What I love most about my work is that by improving one’s vision, we enable people to connect with one another and relish every precious moment in the world around us. Gone are the days of missing out on the true joys of life, whether it be watching sports, witnessing the growth of your grandkids, or simply appreciating the bountiful beauty bestowed upon us by God.

I hold my family as the cornerstone of my life, and it is their influence that has inspired me to answer the call to return to Waco after my training, continuing the legacy established by my father in this community. Waco has played an instrumental role in my personal growth, and now it is my turn to give back to this remarkable community by offering exceptional vision care. Often overshadowed by larger cities like Austin and Dallas, Waco has sometimes missed out on the advancements and technologies that other communities enjoy. I made the decision to come back to Waco to bridge that gap and push the boundaries of what is achievable with modern surgery. As the first and only practitioner in Waco offering Laser-assisted cataract Surgery, it has been my utmost pleasure to restore visual independence and freedom to countless individuals. I want you to know that I approach every surgical choice conservatively, tailoring my recommendations to suit each patient’s unique needs. A prime example of this is when I recently performed LASIK surgery on my sister-in-law. I delayed the procedure when I determined that her eyes were too dry, waiting until they were fully prepared for the surgery. My commitment to you, as my patient, is to treat you as if you were part of my own family, making the best and safest decisions to help us achieve your vision goals together.

Every day, as I come to work, I am filled with a deep sense of purpose, knowing that we are changing lives here at Brazos Eye. To those who have already placed their trust in me as their surgeon and doctor, I extend my heartfelt gratitude. If we haven’t had the opportunity to meet yet, I would be honored to personally meet you and determine how I can assist you or guide you towards the right decision for your visual health and personal goals, regardless of which phase of life you find yourself in.

Thank you for choosing us as your vision care providers. Your trust means the world to me, and I am dedicated to providing you with the highest level of care and attention. Together, let’s embark on a journey towards optimal vision and a life enriched by its boundless possibilities.

With warm regards,

Beau
